Rob Craven

A 9-year veteran of the Strata Management industry, Rob moved into managing commercial property in late 2020 looking to capitalise on his strengths in the synergies between the sectors. He is no stranger to buildings both large and small, having previously managed residential, mixed-use and commercial properties from dual-occupancies right up to the most modern vertical communities of over 400 apartments and commercial space.

Rob is a former president of the ACT Chapter of the peak body for the Strata industry in Australia, Strata Community Association, and has held several positions on their National committees.

In managing commercial assets Rob takes a pragmatic approach to negotiations, communicating clearly and with a ‘no-nonsense’ approach to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Outside of work, Rob is likely out on the road or the pool training for his next triathlon.
